3 try not to stay alone with pain ,if no one is there spend time with your family and your dearest friends

4 wake up early go for yoga , there is nothing best than wakeing up early morning & going 4 walks

5listen to music now dont listen love songs , no sad songs only rock music buy yourself a new ipod ...

6life is not over becoz he /she has left... find your goal and go for it

7 work work & u hav no time to think about them

8 go to a pet shop get yourself a nice pet (dog )

9 go for shoppings for girls guys try out a pub or disc u get another girl right there lol

10 throw away all there gifts ,cards in dustbin remember dont keep anything that remind you about your X
